At Ragus Parrillas, each of our grills is handcrafted and made to order, meaning they are custom-built for each customer after purchase. Due to this personalized process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Orders and Cancellations:
- Once an order has been confirmed and the manufacturing process has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all product details before making a purchase.
Warranty and Replacement:
- If your grill arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the case and, if applicable, provide an appropriate solution, which may include repairing or replacing defective parts.
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear will not be covered.
